Psychotherapy through crying is a new method that can help you solve your problems. Many people have a more introverted character that doesn`t allow them to express their feelings. People with this kind of problem are usually shy and have few friends. When somebody goes through a bad or sad moment crying can help. But there are people who prefer to keep inside their emotions and move along. Crying can be a consequence of a bad day, of a disappointment in love or a break –up, losing someone makes you cry and also does serious heatlh problems. A psychotherapist knows exactly what to say and what subject to explore in order to make you start crying in a constructive way. Only a phrase is necessary sometimes to get a reaction. If you have problems and you feel you can`t take it any more then try crying for a while. It doesn`t hurt and it makes you feel better even if the problems don`t disappear. We all need a cry from time to time. Crying means that you have a heart and real feelings, this is what makes us humans.
