Everyone has some bad moments in life, when crying and feeling sorry for yourself it`s all you can do. But this is life. It has it`s ups and downs and is always challenging you . With each problem, with each disappointment and loss you win experience and learn that what does not kill you, makes you stronger. Life it`s about going through difficult times and still manage to have the strenght to rise and move on. Crying is maybe a good thing when you feel down because it can release nerves and tension. Always holding inside bad thoughts and problems, it`s not helpful because you can fall into depression. When somebody is depressed , the only way out is talking to someone close to you, and sharing thoughts and feelings. Talking about your problems and the cause of your depression can really make you feel better. A depression can come from a disappointment in love. Love is a two way street. It can lead to a whole life of happines or it can end up really bad for one of the two lovers. Don`t get me wrong, I`m not saying to never fall in love because you will get hurt, I`m only saying that a person should pay attention and be careful with whom he/she shares his/her life. People are mean and don`t care about the other person`s feelings, so, usually somebody get`s hurt. After a great relationship in which you had invested a lot of feelings and hopes, a break up can be like a punch you didn`t need. But everything is transient so you shouldn`t cry your eyes out. It`s normal to be upset , to feel sad, to cry yourself to sleep for a few days but that`s it. A longer period of grievance turns into depression and turns upside down your entire life and also changes your vision upon life.
When feeling sad and depressed, you don`t feel the same pleasure in going out and have fun, and only the thought of eating something makes you feel even worse. This is the best time to have friends around you. Good friends are besides you in good and bad times and talking to them and going out will only make you forget about your problems and just feel good for a change. The same thing happens when somebody you love dies. You cry and cry but cyring doesn`t change things. Staying depressed and always having a sad face can become a routine. The best thing you could do in a sad situation like this one is to grieve for some days because it`s normal and then try to get away , let your friends help you and don`t lock yourself in the house . Crying helps most of the time so don`t try to be strong for too long, let your tears fall down and then you will feel more calm.
